Bangkok Trip Day 4 - Mango Tango

Pre Bangkok Trip | Bangkok Day 1 | Bangkok Trip Day 2 - Jatujak Weekend Market | Bangkok Trip Day 2 - Dinner at the Chao Phraya River | Bangkok Trip Day 3 - Asian Herb Association | Bangkok Trip Day 3 - Central World & Banyan Tree | Bangkok Trip Day 4 - Platinum Fashion and Big C | Bangkok Trip Day 4 - Mango Tango | Bangkok Trip Day 5

Destination for the Night :  Mango Tango

How to get there:
Take BTS to Siam BTS station, then ask the ticket seller on how to go Siam Square or Soi 5

The evening plan is a mess. I was hoping to go Som Tum Nua => Mango Tango => Lebua at Baiyoke Sky Hotel => Siam Paragon. But due to my shopping spree at Platinum Fashion Mall and Big C, I need the night to pack my luggage. XD

Anyway, I still need to eat, right? So Som Tum Nua first. This shop is a recommended Thai food shop. A lot of blogger will visit here during their Bangkok trip. I was looking forward for the meal here but is disappointed.

The shop is close with the above notice put on the gate. Although I do not understand Thai language, but I guess they mention "Due to some circumstances, we will be close for a day and will continue operation as normal the next day". But tomorrow I will be flying back to Malaysia...

Mango Tango is very near Som Tam Nua. Just a stone throw distance. The shop specialize in Mango desserts. However it have very limited seating place. If you travel with a group more then 6 person, they won't be any table available to serve you. There is other branch available. So you can visit those branch if you are interested to try.

Both the mango that I order is recommended dish by the waiter. The Mango taste is sweet and nice. Unlike Malaysia Mango that is sour most of the time.

After the meal, I have a short walk around Siam Square. Siam Square is very near the famous Chulalongkorn University. So a lot of youngster from the university like to hang around in this area. You can find many trendy shop. In my last visit, I remember there is a shop that sell teddy bear clothes. Yes clothes for your cute teddy bear. I forget where exactly is the shop and thus not able to take the shop photo.

Miss Puke Thai Massage. After a glance on the "quality" of girl sitting in front of the shop look like, I understand why this shop is call Miss Puke. I want to puke.....

A cute shop with a cute name. "To Sit". I dun know is it have other meaning in Thai language but it sure look nice and make me want to sit inside and have a cup of coffee. Too bad I am too full with mango now. After back to KL, a Thai friend just tell me that this is a pub and is quite nice.

Baiyoke Sky Hotel that I hope to visit next time when I come Bangkok.

Siam Paragon, that I pass by many times but did not go in to shop. Well it sell classy things that is not for me anyway. There is also lots of nice food and food court inside. For those interested, Siam Paragon and Siam Center is right next to Siam BTS Station.

I went back to hotel early to start pack my things and just have some simple road side grill food later.
