Plan for the Morning : Wong Tai Sin & Australia Dairy Co.
How to go : Take MTR to Wong Tai Sin Station. Exit B2.Wong Tai Sin Temple is here. After that is go to Australia Dairy Co. at Jordan. Jordan MTR, exit C2 onto Bowring Street, then turn right onto Parkes Street.
From TST station, I took the MTR but no direct train to Wong Tai Sin station. Need to change train at Yau Ma Tei. Hence able to take the train station photo at bottom.
Not many photo at Wong Tai Sin here. It is still very early. Even the Taoism worshiper is not many here. The Temple is famous with people here getting divine sign of future.
Actually I don't need to stop here. But I stop to take this photo.
Next stop is the Jordan. Exit C2 onto Bowring Street, then turn right onto Parkes Street.
The famous Australia Dairy Company (澳洲牛奶公司). For the past few years, this shop is famous serving Hong Kong style breakfast. As you can see from the photo, the queue is very long here.
While waiting for my turn, I notice the building opposite. I think only Hong Kong use bamboo to create the outside ladder like this. Many Hong Kong movie is based on fighting and chasing at these bamboo frame.
My turn. One person is easier to get seat. But be prepared to share table with some stranger. The shop is super tight space. The menu is very simple, 3 choices.
The macaroni that many people say very good. But I feel so so so only.....
The scamble egg is good like what many people comment.
Steamed milk custard and the steam egg custard is very famous here too.
Now start my complain on the service here. First is the waiter face. Their face is as though you owe them 100 million. Talk also like they are the boss and you need to follow the order.
The milk custard for example, I ordered it when I order the set menu but the waiter do not allow me to order. He ask me to order this later. I am like so "WHAT THE FUCK". I am customer and I am not allowed to order?
Final recommendation, Australia Dairy Milk is not that great in my opinion. And I especially dislike their service. As a customer, I do not expect you to treat me as king but at least don't treat me like I owe you money.
