Tokyo Trip - Eat Pray Love - Day 6 - Roppongi

Plan for the day : Ueno - Akihabara - Roppongi.
Early morning visit Ueno Zoo and walk Ueno area
Afternoon visit Akihabara area and be otaku for a day,
Night visit Roppongi and go up Mori Tower to view the night scenery of Tokyo.

For the best night scenery in Tokyo, it is recommended to visit Mori Tower at Roppongi. The tower top floor is a helipad. And it is open to public to take photo. On a good clear weather day of course.
Many foreign embassies are located in Roppongi, and the night life is popular with locals and foreigners alike. It is easier to find English speaking youngster here.

This shop lot use to be own by another different shop. A shop that sell dairy product fresh from Hokkaido. The internet blogger recommend me to come here. But the shop is closed. cold Stone is a famous ice cream shop. But the weather now is too cold to try ice cream.

A very pretty decoration at outside of Mori Tower.

This Mori Tower. It looks very pretty. This place is very classy. Can find many high class restaurant and bar here.

One of the high class restaurant. Joël Robuchon is a very famous chef. He operates a few restaurant in the world that is awarded with Michelin Star. I am not sure if this branch also have Michelin Star but the price is not cheap for a meal here.

This is my first destination here. Harbs. I got lost trying to find the way here. Even with the map, this place is hidden. In the end the building reception show me the way to this place.

Some nice looking cake.

The price of the cake is not cheap. Each piece is more than RM 20.

The blogger that recommend me this shop said the Harbs is famous for 2 cake. The Queen of Cake and Mille Crepes.

And since this is my birthday vacation, and I have yet to eat any cake so I go for the most expensive one. Queen of Cake 1200 yen (About RM48).

Happy Birthday to myself.

生日快樂 我對自己說 蠟燭點了 寂寞亮了
生日快樂 淚也融了 我要謝謝你給的你拿走的一切

After the cake, it is time to go up the building and see the night scenery.
Due to strong wind today, the helipad area is not open to public. I can only visit the 52nd floor.

The observation deck here is 360 degree. Giving you a good view of Tokyo scenery. Also the place is quiet. Nice dating location with your lover.

Some of the night scene that I took here. My skill is not bad right? But I do find trouble to prevent the glass reflection in many photo.

Also visited the art exhibition that comes together with the observation entry ticket.
Not much to say about this art exhibition. It is a contemporary art exhibition and that is all that I understand from the exhibition.
