Tokyo Trip - Eat Pray Love - Day 6 - Ueno

Plan for the day : Ueno - Akihabara - Roppongi.

Early morning visit Ueno Zoo and walk Ueno area
Afternoon visit Akihabara area and be otaku for a day, 
Night visit Roppongi and go up Mori Tower to view the night scenery of Tokyo.

Ueno Park is a very popular area to view the Cherry Blossom. But it is autumn now. Thus the place is less crowded. My destination today is the Ueno Zoo, to look for the Panda, and Grass Mud Horse(Lhama/草泥马).

 I have notice this device available in many place, and it is really surprising to find it.
I guess the Japanese people is very stress and have a lot of heart attack.

Sushi Zanmai in Tokyo, Japan. The menu of sushi in Japan. This is quite standard price. So if you are interested to try the sushi, and wondering what is the price, this is what to expect.

Early Breakfast. Eat a very famous ramen in Tokyo. Ichiran (一蘭) is a very famous ramen chain shop in Tokyo. Their shop operate 24 hours. So if you are hungry at Tokyo, try ask the hotel concierge is there any branch nearby.

Most shop in Japan uses vending machine such as this. You buy the ticket from the machine and then handover the ticket to the shop assistant and they will bring your food to you.

A speciality for this shop. 一蘭 let the customer to customize the ramen to the style they want. Like less oily, the soup less salty, the noodle more springy, and so on. Some understanding on Chinese word will help your choice here. But if you really not sure then tell the shop assistant "Omakase"

The able is very small. So if you reach here with a big group, be prepared to sit separately. There is table that serve 4 customer but quite limited.

The ramen is serve within 5 minutes from my ordering. Efficient service.

The bowl, and the spoon is special design for the shop. A very thoughtful design so that the spoon will not drop into the bowl.

I finish up all the soup. As a sign of respect to the chef. And the chef also show that they are happy with me enjoying the meal. Good Service Attitude that should be an example for everyone.

Reach the destination of the day, the Ueno Park.

As I walk to the Ueno Zoo, I pass by a cute looking bus.

The entrance fee for the zoo is quite expensive, RM24. Part of it goes to the Panda fund.

I finally see the Panda. It walk towards me and then......

And then show the backside to me.... Why why why?!?!?!!?
Why you don't want to see me. (T_T)

Found a baby panda photo. OMG super cute. I wish I can hug this baby panda.

Another species of panda here. This is call Red Panda. It is super active. Running all over the area. This is the closest photo and most clear photo I can take. The rest of the photo is blocked by the glass panel.

See the red panda, looking around and playing.

The Grass Mud Horse/Lhama or more commonly know in the Internet world as 草泥马

Pass by a stall that sell octopus ball. The octopus is much more bigger. Not like Malaysia that can only taste the flour.
